To ensure the best experience and most optimal results, please take a moment to review our policies before booking an appointment. If you have any questions, just get in touch and we’ll be happy to help.

To book an appointment, you must adhere to The Fabulush Lab policies, as well as the COVID guidelines and protocols. Clients who are unable to adhere to these policies and guidelines may be refused service.

Rescheduling
A minimum of 48 hours is required to reschedule your appointment. If you reschedule with less than 48 hours notice, your deposit will be forfeited, and another deposit will be required to re-book another appointment. You may reschedule appointments through your appointment confirmation email.

Late Policy
Please plan ahead to allocate sufficient time for your arrival. Arriving late will cut into your overall appointment time. Appointments will be held for 15 minutes past its scheduled time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled with a forfeited deposit, or you may be subjected to a $15 late fee, at the discretion of the artist.

Cancellation Policy
No-shows or cancellations within 48 hours notice will result in a forfeited deposit. If a deposit was NOT received, this deposit will be added on to your next appointment, along with another 50% deposit to re-book.

Deposits

A mandatory non-refundable deposit is required to book and hold your appointment ($50 deposit for brows & $20 deposit for lashes). The remainder is due during your scheduled appointment.

If you are late, no-show, reschedule, or cancel (as per each policy) your deposit will be forfeited.

Payment

Deposits can be made through EMT to hello@thefabulushlab.com and must be sent once booked to secure your appointment. Remaining balances can be made with cash or EMT at the time of your appointment.

Procedures are non-refundable. Prices are subject to change at any time.

Refund Policy

There are no full or partial refunds on any service, and no exceptions to this policy.

Guest Policy

No guests are permitted to your appointment.

Contraindications for Lash Extensions

You MAY NOT be eligible for lash extensions if you are/have*:

Under the age of 18
Signs of any contagious or abnormal eye conditions or infections, such as styes, conjunctivitis or blepharitis
Hypersensitive skin
Itchy, red, or swollen eyes
Any cuts or open wounds in the area
Difficulty closing eyes
Cancer or have undergone chemotherapy in the last 6 months
Herpes
Epilepsy
Any eye/nose surgery or semi-permanent make-up around the eye area (eg. eyeliner) within the last 4 weeks
Previous allergic reactions to lash extensions

*It is always best to consult with a physician before booking an appointment.

Contraindications for Brow Procedures

• Under the age of 18
• Allergic to anesthetics, lidocaine or any other numbing agents
• Extremely allergic to metals

• Any conditions or are undergoing any treatment that can compromise your immune system
• A personal history or family history of methomoglobinemia
• Viral infections and/or diseases

• Blood borne conditions such as HIV/Hepatitis

• Prone to any form of excessive scarring conditions (keloid, hypertrophic, etc.)
• Used Retin A, Hydroxyl (Glycolic) Acid or any peeling agents 1 week prior to the procedure
• Received any cosmetic or surgical procedures, radiotherapy or chemotherapy within the last 3-6 months and/or skin cancer

• Had an organ, knee and/or hip transplant, pace maker or major heart problems or conditions
• Received any botox or fillers around the eye or brow area 4 weeks prior to the procedure
• Taken Accutane/Retin-A or any other acne medication 6 months prior to the procedure
• Pregnant or breast-feeding
• Sunburnt

*If you have serious heart conditions or diabetes, you will need medical clearance. It is your responsibility to bring up any questions and concerns prior to the procedure. It is always best to consult with a physician before booking an

appointment.

Touch-ups/Refills
Touch-up and refill rates are for current clients only.

BROWS: If there is previous work on your brows, you may be charged the regular rate AND/OR require multiple sessions as this will be considered corrective work. Prices are subject to change at any time.
LASHES: Lashes from another artist will be charged a FOREIGN REFILL fee. Prices are subject to change at any time.

Previously Tattooed Brows/Non-Virgin Brows
If your brows have been previously worked on, please send pictures of your current brows to hello@thefabulushlab.com for assessment before booking an appointment. This may be considered corrective work and may result in multiple sessions.
