A minimum of 48 hours is required to reschedule your appointment. If you reschedule with less than 48 hours notice, your deposit will be forfeited, and another deposit will be required to re-book another appointment. You may reschedule appointments through your appointment confirmation email.

Please plan ahead to allocate sufficient time for your arrival. Arriving late will cut into your overall appointment time. Appointments will be held for 15 minutes past its scheduled time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled with a forfeited deposit, or you may be subjected to a $15 late fee, at the discretion of the artist.

No-shows or cancellations within 48 hours notice will result in a forfeited deposit. No-shows will be charged 50% of the service total. Another 50% deposit will be required to re-book. ​

A mandatory non-refundable deposit is required to book and hold your appointment ($50 deposit for brows & $20 deposit for lashes). The remainder is due during your scheduled appointment. If you are late, no-show, reschedule, or cancel (as per each policy) your deposit will be forfeited. ​

Deposits can be made through EMT to hello@thefabulushlab.com a(mailto:hello@thefabulushlab.com)nd must be sent once booked to secure your appointment. Remaining balances can be made with cash or EMT at the time of your appointment. Procedures are non-refundable. Prices are subject to change at any time.

There are no full or partial refunds on any service, and no exceptions to this policy.

You MAY NOT be eligible for lash extensions if you are/have*: • Under the age of 18 • ​Signs of any contagious or abnormal eye conditions or infections, such as styes, conjunctivitis or blepharitis • Hypersensitive skin • Itchy, red, or swollen eyes • Any cuts or open wounds in the area • Difficulty closing eyes • Cancer or have undergone chemotherapy in the last 6 months • Herpes • Epilepsy • Any eye/nose surgery or semi-permanent make-up around the eye area (eg. eyeliner) within the last 4 weeks • Previous allergic reactions to lash extensions ​ *It is always best to consult with a physician before booking an appointment.

Though very rare, Fabulush is not responsible for any irritation and allergic reactions. Patch tests should be conducted at least 24-48 hours prior to your lash appointment. Tests are recommended for first-time lash clients, clients returning after a long break, highly sensitive clients, or clients with a history of allergies and reactions. Patch test help to identify and reduce any risks of irritations or reactions, but does not eliminate it. A negative patch test does not guarantee a client will not develop a reaction during a full application. Allergic responses can be delayed or develop over time with repeated exposure. If an allergic reaction occurs, it is recommended to seek a healthcare professional.
